1200W Power Supply
Hey @...,

You should be able to run Marvelous Designer appropriately.
Thank you for your feedback, however, this is not helpful at all.
Is MD not optimized for better performance with better hardware?
I also use AMD's Threadripper, and MD runs extremely slow on my PC.
The wired thing is Synchronization in MD takes 10 times longer than CLO even I am working on the same project.
It's rather disappointing that no one from Marvelous Designer or the community can answer this question with a valid helpful response.
There's no answer. Every software/hardware producer is going to blame each other.
My 10 year old system, other than using GPU simulation, is NO SLOWER than a brand new top of the line CAD workstation when it comes to running Marvelous Designer.
What can you do to get better results with MD? No one really knows, but I CAN tell you that I run a AMD Ryzen something in a desktop workstation and I have NO issues there whatsoever.
If you want real specs, ask the lady who is making the youtube videos - she's a trainer. Sure Megan(Meghan?!) can post her system specs.
(this link)Marvelous Designer Q&A on youtube had specs listed as the following:
System Requirements: Recommended Specs for Windows * CPU: Intel Processor Corei7 3.0Ghz or higher * RAM: 16GB or higher * GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 and above (NOTE: GPU simulation currently only works with NVIDIA Graphics cards) Recommended Specs for Mac * CPU: 4-core Intel Core i5 or 6-core Intel Core i7 * RAM : 16GB * Display: 2560x1440 @60Hz
