I am able to use Goz to send content from Zbrush to Marvelous Designer, but not the other way around. In fact, there isn't even a Goz button on Marvelous Designer's Main Menu like there is supposed to be. Can anyone help me?

If you have installed GoZ and Zbrush and they're all up to date and check you have done the process here in the GoZ manual for Marvelous Designer https://marvelousdesigner.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036956012-GoZ-for-Windows. If checking all those and refreshing the program doesnt work, please contact us through the Contact option and send us screenshots of your main menu bar/ screen (where it should be) and we can better help you through the helpdesk.
On my screen with my dimensions, it is hidden under the two black expansion arrows (">>") to the right of "Settings". This may not be the same for your install/dimensions but give it a look and see if it's there.
