  Due to the changed UI from Marvelous Designer 11, the gizmo will be activated when you click the pattern in 3D window.

  I have a last question sorry :

  how can I now position the gizmo in the center of the created pattern? Once it was enough to click in the 2d window and it automatically positioned itself .. now?

  Hi Castallano,

  The 3D gizmo lives only in the 3D space (hence only clicking in the 3D window activates it) and it isn't tied to the center of the pattern you select, the Gizmo is always tied to where you click within the pattern. If you click in the far right corner, for example, the gizmo will be centered around that "ghost" dot you placed in that corner. If you want to adjust the positioning of the gizmo to the center: you will need to click in the center of your pattern in the 3D window. 

  Looking at the previous image, if you are wanting to place patterns around an avatar you can use the avatar arrangement points in the 3D display bar or SHIFT + F to place them around the avatar far easier than doing so "by hand".  Your next issue is if that front pattern is going to be wrapped around your avatar you WILL encounter fitting issues next.   Also note that if the Strain Map is turned on, you won't see the gizmo when selecting a pattern.
