So I'm absolutely loving MD except for one thing.
The cursor flickers when I try to grab a window and resize it. Eg - the 2D garment window.
For an instant the grabby/draggy arrow thing blinks into possibility and just as abruptly vanishes. Every time, it takes me at least four or five tries.
Is there a setting to fix this? I don't remember it being an issue before.

Can you record a video of the whole screen (including user name) and share with us the error that is occurring so that we can better assist you? This is the first we have heard of this occurring.
I seem to have fixed it by restoring default settings which brought the 2D and 3D windows back together.
I'm not sure I want to try to resurrect the problem but if it happens again, I'll see if I can record a video.
