In the recent announcements by Apple for the M1 Ultra a number of softwares were featured as providing exceptional performance on the new chips. Clo was Ione of these, in particular the she talked about the vastly improved simulation performance. So I'm confused. Neither Clo or Marvelous are listed as compatible with Apple Silicon, instead still running under rosetta. GPU requirements are still listed as Nvidia only. No Mac support. Is this demo talking about a newer version of CLO optimised for M1? I cannot imagine they used software running under rosetta as an example of the best use of their new hardware. Will MD or Clo support the M1 GPU? You need a transparent road map or it is hard for users to make decisions on hardware.

Please kindly note that Marvelous Designer is currently making a progress on implementation of M1 compatibility, and it is anticipated to come out sometime during the Summer or Fall this year.
But also please understand that the development schedule could be changed depending on the situation at the time.

I agree. Please let us know if there are plans for an M1 optimised version of Clo/Marvelous. This would be a major breakthrough, and I for one need to replace my computer at the moment, and would seriously consider a Mac Studio if it will support MD soon. This Apple promo was a huge teaser though....surely there is some development happening??
