Marvelous Designer Support

Effective Date: December 2, 2025

This document outlines the discontinuation of the Marvelous Designer Standalone license and establishes the transition procedures for all existing Standalone license holders. 

As of the Effective Date, the Marvelous Designer Standalone Online license will be retired and will no longer be available for purchase.

Continued Support for Existing Licenses

All existing Standalone licenses will continue to be fully supported and will retain all current features until their expiration date.

Transition Offer for Annual Standalone Licenses

To facilitate a seamless transition, a transition offer is being provided for a grace period to all Annual Standalone license holders.

• Offer Period: The grace period for this offer is from the Effective Date until June 30, 2026.
• Transition Option: During this period, users can transition to a Network Online license at the same annual renewal price of $1900 USD per license.
• Automatic Upgrade: Upon renewal, the user’s existing Annual Standalone license will be automatically upgraded to a Network Online License for the remainder of its current term, in addition to the new annual term.

Transition for Monthly Standalone Licenses

• All existing Monthly Standalone license holders will be seamlessly transitioned to the new Subscription License
• This license shall provide the same feature to that of the current Monthly Standalone License without the node-lock system.
