I need to sew one end of the waistband on top of the other, not both together from behind. See the result in the second and third picture. Can anyone help me? Thank you.......

The problem is a result of drawing the sewing lines in opposite directions on each of the circles. The sewing has a beginning and an end point, and it will match one to the other. The only way it can match the two circle's sewing directions is to pull them in the fashion you see. Here's a graphic example. Both sets of sewing lines look good, and they are. But because the sewing is done in opposite directions, the pattern piece will reposition itself to make the sewing match up.
