How to remove MD sculpting? (Solved)

I have a UV distortion issue created by using the MD sculpting brush. Now I need to remove all the sculpting. I cannot see a way to do this other than resimulating. Is that correct?

    That is correct the most efficient way to remove all sculpting is to simulate again in the simulation mode.
