Bought 9 and now I have to pay to use it???

I paid for the full version of MD 8 and got a free update to 9.  Now it says I have to pay to use it???  What the hell?

    and they generally sort out any mistakes. You need to also read the fine print on whether you bought a MD8 perpetual license of just the yearly renewal license. Big difference. So maybe check your original purchase and make sure you are standing on solid consumer soap box, ear bashing, ground.

     

    Most issues get resolved pretty promptly - so hang 10, it's the weekend, they have most likely gone ice fishing or tobogganing until Monday.
