Steps for deactivating license

Please tell me how to deactivate my license. I have been unable to locate the path provided in the dialogue box: Main Menu > Settings > Deactivate Licencse

Screenshots would be helpful.

    This is the path for License Deactivation. Please refer to the image below as well.

    Main Menu ▶ Settings ▶ Deactivate License (Personal) / Log Out (Enterprise)
