Hi,
I recently purchased a new PC on which my good old MD7 don't want to start at all.
Just a quick look at the splash screen… and then nothing :(
- I have deactivated MD on my older machine
- the firewall is not blocking the app
How can I have more information about the issue ?
Can I find some kind of crash log somewhere ?
What data would be useful to know for sure if I will be able to run that old version on this machine ?

To your concern, this issue happens due to the RTX type of graphic card you have on the PC, since it was not supported in Marvelous Designer version 8 and lower versions. (For your note, Marvelous Designer 8 has come out in 2018, and RTX20 series has come out in 2019)
This issue had been addressed and fixed from version 9 and onward, so I would like to recommend you to purchase personal license (either monthly or 1 year prepaid option) in order for you to use the upper version of Marvelous Designer.
