I am creating topology but i have empty selections and i get edge is already there and it wont shade in blue and i cant remesh no matter what i select it wont close the box ..

Thank you for contacting us. You need to make sure all of your face are either Quad or Triangle. You can't have any Ngons. If you update to Marvelous Designer 12, the Ngons will be filled in orange.
In your screen shot, all these faces are Ngons, which has more than 4 sides.
