Auto fitting error: "It only works for a simulated garment" – Marvelous Designer

I made a corset in 3DCLO. I want to make this corset fit a different avatar then the one i designed it on. So i downloaded marvelous deign to use its "auto fitting" function. I added an avatar and gave this avatar a fitting suit. Then i added my garment, simulated it and as expected it was too big. So i click the "auto fitting" function and i keep getting the error "only works with simulated garments". So how do i simulate my garment so that i can use this function?
