why is the object pattern changing shape . i had the curves correct the white started to over lap the lines
i think this is also changed now in my 3d view port... this not the first time this happend

That is because of the Partical Distance. If you toggle to see the mesh view you will see that the mesh is too large for the curve and that is why it will not stay within the "lines" you can fix this by Reducing the partical Distance of the pattern pieces.
