Hello everyone, I installed Marvelous yesterday and was able to get it working. But later in the day when I tried to start it up again, it keeps hanging while loading up. I tried to uninstall and re-install but the problem persists. Anyone run into this issue before and know a solution?

Hi Sonia,

Sure. Tech support got back to me earlier and thought it might be a GPU thing, but I tried an older video card 1080 TI with my version of MD 7.5 and it's still hanging on start up.

Hi i Just installed the program, free trial version, yesterday and i am having same problem. can i get help as to how to resolve this issue
here are my computers specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700sx
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Supper
RAM: G.skill F4-3600C18-8GTRS DDR4 (4) - 32GB
