Warning, and access denied while importanting .ABC files into MD from Windows 11 – Marvelous Designer

I get this warning, I have tried all the listed solutions from previous thread, even ran windows registry to no avail. I've tried everything.

I am running a trial version of MD 12, ( learning to see if MD is the right choice for my animations / cloth sims.)

This is the warning,

Access denied to the temporary folder path. Please select another folder to save the temporary files. A temporary folder is required for the program to run properly.

I can not get out of this loop and have to End Task / Task Quit to exit.

Please help. Time is critical for a project. Any feedback will truly be met with gratitude.

Same issue. I tried writing customer support but no response. I'm hoping to get some help on this. Just bought the personal version. :(
