I am having an issue with simulating the multilayered uniform.
I have set the particle distance to 8~10mm, but the upon enabling CPU sim and Layering the clothing causes this ugly glitching that I cannot seem to fix unless I go back to GPU. switching the particle distance to 20mm causes even more unstable result.
The result should be something like below but a bit more oversized shirt. I have followed this link, but it didn't really help me.

looks like its collision issues. Layers are set by the direction of the normals, so folds will result in instability when you have them. Turn off all layer values, AND the Freezing. it should result in a better outcome. Also check hidden garments and any abnormally large skin offsets for the avatar. (the arms look like there is something there but I can't tell without the file.
