how to use upgrade discount to marvelous designer 10 from 9?

Hi. I am currently using marvelous designer 9[perpetual]. Thinking of upgrading to 10 or 11, but from what i understand there is a discount for upgrade, however at purchase site i dont see it being the case as its asking me for$39 a month or $280 a year. can i get a link for the discounts upgrade? if theres any? thank you
