Performance issues

 
I have a gaming laptop with an intel i7 and a 2060 Nvidia RTX but MD still freezes every time I do something. I even made sure to change the settings to run MD on the dedicated GPU instead of the less powerful integrated one, but that doesn't do much to help. I've checked all the settings but everything is set up as it should.
