Failed to open file project

Hello,

We purchased the new MD11, we used the trial version of MD10 before, and when I'm trying to open the files in MD11 it gives me two errors:

1.

Failed to read the Avatar file. Unzip error.Unzip error - , log=[IsReadableFilePath=C:/Users/יואל גרוס/AppData/Local/CLO/Marvelous Designer Personal/11860/1062/Cohen_gadol_1_0.avt],[uf==0],, free disk space=360 GB

2.

Failed to load the ZPAC file due to damaged file components. Please contact support@marvelousdesigner.com.

 

Anyone know why, and can help?
