I've been evaluating the program for a few days and when I got an update notification message today I updated Marvelous Designer. However, after updating all the default avatars are missing from the program.
What is the process for getting those avatars back, do I have to uninstall and reinstall?

It seems that the existing data may have been deleted during the installation of the update. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please delete the program and try reinstalling it, and if you need additional help, please contact support@marvelousdesigner.com
