I have deactivated the license on old machine as they urge you to. The new download seems to have worked fine. The software just doesn't log me in after I type in my id and pass and doesn't start.
This is very worrying since I have a perpetual license meaning rights to the software and access to the same software for life.
The login process seems to be broken.
This can not be a hardware issue since the hardware is almost the same and the software was bought only 3 years ago.
