I was just working in the file when I noticed the 2D window is completely blank. There's no grid, no patterns. I've saved the file and the state is present on reopening it. But not on a new scene.

Hello? Does anyone care about this products completely broken user interface? Selecting "2d pattern window" basically does nothing. Your documentation is some of the worst I've ever seen and the inferior quality of your user interface implemenation is staggering. Please develop some dignity and create decent documenation..
