Hello, I modified the garment using the Sculpting (Grap & Smooth) tool. (Triangle mesh)
When I put the texture and checked it, there was a UV distortion.

What does the stress mapping look like in that area?
I have the same problem. Using the smoothing brush creates this ripple effect in the UVs.
