Hello, I have a problem with the MD avatar measurement tools in MD 10. I get the same problem with each tool in the toolbox (basic circumference, linear surface, etc): The tool(s) don't seem to be responding at all. Clicking on the avatar to establish points does not generate any target shape; if anything, the program actually freezes up for a few moments. Additionally, these tools also don't work on any of the premade avatar assets in the library.
However, as per my included image - I am using Basic Circumference measurement for this - there appears to be a measurement being generated right at 0,0,0 on the groundplane, measuring 0 cm circumference.

As a test, I sent my original avatar OBJ to a friend to use on his MD, and these tools worked just fine for him for that avatar; I'm concerned it's something odd with my specific PC, like maybe a software update isn't compatible with MD or something.
Also if it's relevant, I'm using the free trial license.
Hello @...,
Sorry for the late reply.
For further help, could you please take a short video showing your current issue? You can share the video via support@marvelousdesigner.com.
And just for your information, the software must run properly, regardless you use the Trial version or not.
I look forward to your reply soon. Thank you!
Ah I should follow up on this, I figured out the issue: I'm using a Bootcamp and Marvelous Designer/CLO aren't supported in bootcamp. I switched to the Mac OS disk partition and it works fine. :-)
