I'm in a situation where I own a perpetual license of MD 9 and I can't use it because as far as your servers are concerned, it's still active even though the computer it was originally installed on died (hard drive failure). I have a new PC and can't use the software because I have no way of deactivating the previous install and so far, support has been less than helpful (sending me a password reset when I ask for a deactivation is not helpful). So it would be really great to be able to deactivate a license from your website.
