When you are in that options menu there are only the 3 gizmo options are reletive to the 3 options (screen, local, and world) as you have listed. There is no popup to anticipate, you can just utilize the gizmo and there is no setting to change. you can just select the pattern piece in the 3D window and roate it utilizing the Gizmo
