Can't open file

Hi

It looks like I can't load up my file any more. :( I'm really unhappy about it as I feel I made good progress. I get this error every time I try to load it:

Looking on another forum thread, someone suggested to unzip it with 7-Zip, and these are the files in there:

I'm unsure what I could do. I'm guessing my file is beyond saving...? :(
