I created an internal line and folded the end of the t-shirt inside. And used segment sewing tool to sew it. But, why are these jagged polygon lines after the simulation? My particle distance is a 5mm. Thanks a lot in advance for your answer.

I couldn't repeat your issue on my end and it's hard to judge what issue might caused it from the screenshot. Could you please send the file to us in a support ticket so we can take a better look at it.
