Imported Avatars (.fbx) and pre-set poses

Hi

I am able to import custom avatars which I exported in .fbx format from Character Creator 4, and I can make a fitting suit, and set arrangement points etc, but when I try to change the pose to one of the pre-set poses, I get the message 'No Matching Avatar'

Is there any solution to this?

    Hi Coughlan. 
    The poses you have by default are matching the default avatar rig. For that reason, those poses are not going to work with your custom avatar unless you used the same rig, 
    After creating and importing the custom avatar to MD, you will be able to pose your custom avatar manually and save the pose. 
    This will aloud your custom avatar to transit from T / A Pose to your custom pose once you activate the pose.
