Effective September 30, 2026, Marvelous Designer will restrict website login access for all License IDs. After this date, License IDs can only be used to log into the software itself. Any website-related tasks, such as account management or license purchases, must be performed by your team administrator using the Company ID. Software operations and workflow will remain completely unaffected.
1. Key Policy Changes (Effective Sept 30, 2026)
Website Login Restriction for License IDs
Starting September 30, 2026, you will no longer be able to log into the Marvelous Designer website using a License ID.
- Action Required: If you need to change your account information or password on the website, you must log in using your team's main administrator account (the Company ID) or request your team administrator to manage it for you.
Account Separation and Email Information Updates (CLO-SET Integration)
Due to the web login restriction, the email information registered to your License ID will be processed based on your current CLO-SET integration status:
- Not integrated with CLO-SET: All email information previously registered to the License ID will be securely removed.
- Currently integrated with CLO-SET: The existing integration will be discontinued, and the accounts will be separated. However, to ensure smooth software access without disruption, your original CLO-SET email address will be automatically registered into the User Pool of the corresponding License ID.
2. What Remains Unchanged?
Seamless Software Access
You can log in and use the Marvelous Designer software exactly as you do now.
- Zero Impact on Workflow: Please be assured that this measure is strictly limited to 'website login'. It will not affect your software operation, rendering, or daily working environment.
3. Understanding Account Types: Company ID vs. License ID
To help manage this transition, please note the distinct roles of the two account types:
- Company ID (Administrator Account): This is the essential administrator account required to log into the website, purchase licenses, and manage License IDs. The administrator can assign licenses to individual users and monitor overall usage.
- License ID (Practitioner Account): This account is assigned to practitioners and used solely for software login. It cannot be used for website login or direct license purchases.
4. Need Assistance?
If you do not know your Company ID, or if you are an administrator who has lost access to your Company ID, please do not hesitate to reach out for help.
