Introduction
The Disconnect CLO-SET feature allows an authorized user to disconnect a CLO-SET integration from an account or a specific License ID. After disconnection, the account or License ID will no longer be integrated with CLO-SET.
Who can disconnect CLO-SET integration?
Only Company IDs can disconnect their own CLO-SET integration and the CLO-SET integrations linked to License IDs under their company.
Where to disconnect CLO-SET integration?
Disconnect Company ID's CLO-SET Integration
My Page -> Account Tab -> Email Section -> Click Disconnect CLO-SET Button- Disconnect License ID's CLO-SET Integration
License Account Admin-> License Tab -> Click a License ID to view its details -> Email Section -> Click Disconnect CLO-SET Button
Requirements
All Enterprise Type(Company ID & License ID) accounts integrated with CLO-SET are eligible for disconnection.
What happens if you disconnect CLO-SET integration for a Company ID?
You can no longer log in to Marvelous Designer using the connected CLO-SET account.
Once disconnected, that CLO-SET account can no longer be used to access Marvelous Designer.Usage and activity history cannot be accessed or retrieved.
Any usage or activity data associated with the previously connected CLO-SET account is no longer available.The email address remains unchanged and automatic reconnection may occur if the same email is used.
If the same email address is registered again to this License ID, it will automatically reconnect to the corresponding CLO-SET account. So please please change the CLO-SET account email is different from this Company ID’s email.
What happens if you disconnect CLO-SET integration for a License ID?
The connected CLO-SET user can no longer use this License ID in Marvelous Designer.
Once disconnected, the CLO-SET account previously linked to this License ID loses access to the license.Usage and activity history cannot be accessed or retrieved.
Any usage or activity data associated with the previously connected CLO-SET account is no longer available.The License ID remains active and manageable.
Disconnecting CLO-SET does not delete the License ID.
The License ID can be reassigned or connected to a different CLO-SET account.Automatic reconnection may occur if the same email is used.
If the same email address is registered again to this License ID, it will automatically reconnect to the corresponding CLO-SET account.
To prevent automatic reconnection, use a different email address or leave the email field empty.
Steps
Disconnect CLO-SET for Company ID
Go to My Page and open the Account tab.
- Click Disconnect CLO-SET and review the policy in the modal.
- Click to proceed and check the status.
Disconnect CLO-SET for License ID
Go to the License ID details page and select a License ID and view its detail page.
- In the Email section, click Disconnect CLO-SET.
(This button is available only if the License ID is integrated with a CLO-SET account.) - Click Disconnect CLO-SET and review the policy in the modal.
- Click to Proceed and check the status.
