Introduction

The Delete License ID feature allows authorized administrators to permanently remove a License ID from the system. This action is only available under specific conditions and requires careful review before proceeding.

Who can delete a License ID?

• Company ID Holder (Enterprise Administrator)
   

Where to delete a License ID?

1. License Account Admin -> License Tab -> Delete License ID Button
2. License Account Admin -> License Tab -> License ID Detail Page -> Delete License ID Button

Requirements

A target License ID needs to meet the requirements below:
 

1. CLO-SET integration must be disconnected first.
   If the License ID is currently integrated with a CLO-SET account, the integration must be disconnected before the License ID can be deleted.
    
2. Active licenses cannot be deleted.
   A License ID that holds an active license cannot be deleted.
 
   To proceed, you must first end the license subscription.
 
   If this is not possible, please contact us or reach out to your account manager for further assistance.

What happens if you delete a License ID

Deleting a License ID permanently affects access and data associated with the license. Please review the following before proceeding.

1. Access will be revoked
 
   Once the License ID is deleted, users assigned to this license will no longer be able to launch Marvelous Designer or use any of its features.
    
2. Activity tracking will stop
 
   After deletion, no further activity or usage data associated with this License ID will be recorded.
    
3. This action cannot be undone
 
   A deleted License ID cannot be restored.
 
   Even if you create a new License ID with the same name, it will not be connected to any previous data.

Please make sure to review everything carefully before deleting a License ID.

Steps

1. Go to the License tab in License Account Admin.

   

2. Click Delete License ID
   
   

    

3. Review the policy and proceed to the next modal.
   

4. Select the License ID you want to delete 
   Only License IDs that meet the deletion policy will show up and be selectable.)
   
   

    

5. Clear up all filters and check if the selected License ID(s) is deleted from the License ID list.
