Situation: When a trial automatically converts to a Monthly subscription
POLICY
To prevent unexpected charges and reduce inconvenience for our users, we provide a 24-hour grace period right after your trial converts to a Monthly plan. Within this time frame, you can cancel and get a full refund if you decide not to continue.
Cancel within 24 hours → Eligible for a full refund.
- Your subscription will be terminated immediately.
- You will lose access to the service right away.
Cancel after 24 hours → No refund.
- You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Direct purchase of Monthly (without trial) → No refund policy applies.
HOW TO CANCEL AND GET REFUNDS
- Go to License Tab of My Page and click [Refund available in n hours].
- Proceed with Cancel Subscription.

3. Check your email to confirm your cancellation.
If you purchase a Monthly plan directly without a trial, the refund policy does not apply. In this case, canceling your subscription will only stop the auto-renewal, and you will still retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
