can I create accessories in Illustrator? and how can I save it as OBJ ?

    Give it a go and see if you can export a .obj format.

     

    MD will accept mesh .object data files - whether you can get these out of illustrator cleanly is what you need to look at in the export options. So if there is no .obj export format in illustrator you may be out of luck. Try it and find out.
