New trial won't let me login 'due to network issue'

I am connected to the internet and have restarted my computer but I still receive the same auto response on every login attempt. 

I have tried to pursue the option of logging in offline, however, the "Offline Authentication" option does not show in the dropdown menu of my login window. 

Has anyone had this persistent issue and knows a solution?

    For future reference, please try this method below if you face a network issue even though you have a stable internet connection.

    • Step 1. Open c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host file as a text file
    • Step 2. Add # at the front for the lines that includes api.clo3d.com or sapi.clo3d.com
