Hey everyone, tried out MD for the first time and I'm having issues when playing the animation which is a walking cycle. Somehow when the mesh collides with the fabric (Screenshots: the hand is intersecting with the fabric), the result is as you can see in the pictures, this weird torn apart pants. You can see my settings in the property windows on the right, also heard messing with the ''Addl. Thickness-Collision'' could be helpful but that didn't solve my problem either.
Does anyone know what to do?

According to your inquiry, it seems there are many things to try :)
First, you may modify the animation for the finger-hanging part or pin the garments so that the garments don't get caught on your finger.
Second, in order to make the simulation most stable, try to set the figures to the default value in Property Editor. Please also set all Layer to 0 for stable simulation.
Lastly, if the animation is so fast that the above issue occurs, you may increase the number of simulation figures in the Simulation Property Editor.
