    Hello @...,

    Thank you for contacting us!

If this problem occurred after receiving A/S, there is a high possibility that there will be an issue with the graphics card or the driver installation.

You may try the solution below :)

    1.  Please turn off the computer > Check that the RTX 2070 graphics card is connected to the main board.

    2.  With the computer turned off > Plug the 6-pin or 8-pin power cable(only for the graphic card) into the RTX 2070 graphics card. Make sure this cable is connected well.

    3.  With the computer turned off > Verify that the monitor cable (HDMI, DP) is connected to the graphics card port on the back of the computer.

    4.  Please turn on the computer > Make sure the RTX 2070 graphics card driver is installed well.

I hope this information helps you. Should have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask us!

I had a similar problem some time back on my workstation after my IT guy updated my graphics cards and OS system. Basically you need to recheck the basics (as my rather embarrassed IT expert can attest too).  After a few hours of them all scratching their expert heads and backsides it was down to the graphics card not being pushed into the board correctly on it's connector, along with a non digital high definition cable from the card to the screen, 2 faults that flummoxed them > they had left in the video cable from the mother board to the screen and not swapped it over to the graphic card nor reset the NVIDEA control panel for the MD app to automatic so it would kick in. Basically they were inept at every level of fundamental update in both hardware and software. So pays to go it alone and know how your workstation functions - sad to say on occasion that you have to poke your nose at the rear of your hardware even when paying for support.

So some checklist steps I would take:

    > make sure your bios is set to see the fancy graphics cards you have and that they have not 'tweaked' something that is preventing the hardware operating.

    >Check your video cable on your graphic card is plugged in firmly to the mother board. That you do a visual check of your graphics video cables (and types)  to the graphic card hardware when correctly seated on the mother board to ensure it is plugged in correctly and operational on the right video socket(s). Unbelievably my support muppets also missed that !

    > Open up NVIDEA control panel and check your 3D settings for the MD apps are set correctly. You can also check your graphics card is working here across screens and that the mother board video capability is not the default mode. (check that also in the windows OS)
