Retopology my model, but It does not show

I am creating topology on my dress but it does not show on my model or nothing happen. why?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    From Marvelous Designer 11, in order to see the topology of garments in the 3D Window, please turn on "Edit Topology" in the 3D Window as well. I hope this helps :) Thank you.
