Toolbars and tools icons

Hello everyone,

New at MD. I'm on a M1 Mac with the latest version of MD. Just trying to find out if there's a way to make the toolbars like the previous versions where you can see all the icons at once. It's really hard to follow tutorials when you don't know where the tools are.

Also it would be nice to have the name of the tool next to the icon for beginners like me so we can learn the name of the tools. Not all the icons have tooltips for some reason.
