Just a suggestion for upcoming versions
I'd like to see Touchscreen input support into Marvelous Designer - I own a Microsoft Surface Studio Laptop, and having the ability to use my Touchscreen to navigate the windows would be fantastic. Unfortunately I have to plug in a mouse currently to be able to pan/zoom.
In addition I'd like to see some native support for the Microsoft Surface Dial - which unfortunately under utilized in most programs, but being able to use the Dial to switch between my various tools would make for a fantastic workflow.

Agreed! There's so few programs that support touch even just for basic navigation. Often even trackpad support kinda sucks. Blender recently added fantastic trackpad support that makes using it on a laptop amazing.
