Help with the simulation settings or understand what's going on

Hello.
I recently started studying marvelous, at times I have such difficulties in simulation.
The tissue already fits snugly to the body, but is constantly stimulated. I have 2 layers there, I placed them properly one on top of the other. Using the clone over function.
Maybe my car is not very powerful.

RAM 32gb
R9 290 4gb
Please tell me the best settings for the simulation?
