Steps to Repo

1. Open up a new MD project
2. Select any shape tool and create a shape. for this example Lets make a square shape.
3. Once the shape is made mirror paste it by right clicking on it and selecting mirror paste or with shortcut keys.
4. Once its mirror pasted press A, select both shapes. 
5. Right click on the shapes and select (under applied linked editing any of the three options)
6. Notice you crash after the progress bar reaches 100% on the bottom left of the screen. 

Note: Interesting part is cloning patterns work fine and when selecting symmetric patterns and sewing works as intended. Its only when you try to do it after mirror pasting and selecting any option under Apply linked Editing does it crash at least for me.
