Paul Atreids shirt pattern

Hi! I have a big big trouble with making pattern for shirt like this. Help please!)

    Start with a T-shirt pattern.  Drop an internal line from the dollar, where you want the opening to be.  Create an extra placket pattern piece to extend one side of the opening, and sew it on, to create the overlapping flap. Add a simple standing collar.
