Programm stopped working

Yestreday I worked in MD in the morning and everything was fine, but when I opened programm in the evenining it suddenly stopped working and says

    This error message can occur for several reasons, but if you suddenly receive this message after using the program without an issue before, it's likely related to your internet/network issue? Can you check your internet or network setting hasn't changed recently? Or, did you install a different anti-virus program?
