No, sorry. In MD, the avatar's shape is not effected by the cloth. The cloth is effected by the shape. If you need a specific shape, you have to have the final shape already made (either as a morph, which can be used as a part of an animation/simulation from a given un-morphed avatar bodyshape, or just as a final shape),
