Definitely possible. You can also have six or eight or thirteen, if desired, or oddly shaped creatures or objects. It's all a matter of cutting the pattern pieces to match the body shape. And if you want to have Bounding Volumes/Arrangement Points for those extra limbs, you can add or re-arrange those as needed.
