When I use internal lines I get this normal issue where you can see the normal from the
under cloth layer. Not sure how to fix this issue. When I import the mash in c4d or substance
you can clearly see the issue

Thank you for contacting us,
To fix this issue, you need to re-compute normal in C4D.
To do so in C4D, please select the mesh, right click and chose "Align Normals"

Is there a shader and texture maps applied? If so please assign a new basic shader and see if this problem goes away.
If not, please send us a support ticket with your OBJ file and we can take a deeper look at it on our end.
