Marvelous Designer Crashes while other 3D Apps are open

For some reason, MD crashes when I export animation from it while other 3D programs are open. 
My current computer specs:

AMD 3990x 64 Core Processor

128BG Ram

1TB M.2. Samsung EVO Pro 

GTX 1070 (Will upgrade to 3090 when it's released)

1200W Power Supply
