Hi, I'm a brand new MD user and I've got a little stuck.
I want to attach a seperate piece to my fabric, I have managed this by drawing the poly and then detatching it as a pattern, then sewing this to the underlying template. This works great, but the only issue is if I move it to the end of the underlying pattern the sewing becomes undone. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks in advance
The internal line, that you previously sewed the strip to, was connected on all sides. By repositioning the sewing operation onto the edge, you didn't get the sewing for the outside edge. The outside edge has a different definition than the internal line, so it needs to be sewn separately.
